Мойва, запеченная с луком в майонезе

рецепт приготовления мойвы запеченной

Простой, вкусный и не дорогой вариант рыбного блюда.


  • 1 кг мойвы, 
  • 3 средних луковицы, 
  • 2-3 ст.л. домашнего майонеза, 
  • соль, перец, уксус, 
  • 1 ст.л. растительного масла.

Мойву перебрать, удалить головы вместе с внутренностями, помыть, обсушить любым способом. Посолить, поперчить, сбрызнуть уксусом и оставить мариноваться 5-10 минут (мойва не любит долгого просола).

Затем уложить мойву в форму для запекания спинками вверх и щедро засыпать кольцами тонко нарезанного лука, который можно поперчить. 

Поверх лука положить тонким слоем майонез и поставить в разогретую до 220 градусов духовку. Запекать до золотистой корочки минут 15-20. Не пересушить!

Подавать готовую рыбу слегка теплой или охлажденной с горячим картофелем, свежими овощами или овощными салатами, а так же с рубленой зеленью.
